Oman
Coastal living, steady growth and freehold opportunities in Integrated Tourism Complexes.
Oman combines more than 3,000 kilometres of coastline with a stable economy and a measured approach to development. Foreign buyers can own freehold property in designated Integrated Tourism Complexes (ITCs), and residency options are linked to qualifying property investment.
Investing in Oman
Foreign ownership
Non-Omanis may own freehold property in Integrated Tourism Complexes (ITCs) under Law 12/2006. Under a ministerial decision announced in March 2022, expatriates may also buy property outside ITCs in permitted areas when it is valued above OMR 250,000; several governorates and sensitive areas are excluded.

Residency and citizenship
Under the Investor Residency Programme, a property investment of OMR 250,000 is linked to a five-year residency and OMR 500,000 to a ten-year residency. Buyers of property in ITCs may also qualify for residency.
