This policy explains how PROTERTY ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through proterty.com. For any question about your data, email leads@proterty.com.

Information we collect

• Enquiries. When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your message, the project you asked about (if any), the page and language you used and the time of the request.
• Security checks. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for this check.
• Technical data. Our website is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages securely. We use your IP address only briefly to limit repeated form submissions; we do not store it with your enquiry.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser's local storage keeps your preferred currency and your project comparison list on your own device so that they persist while you browse. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

How we use your information

We use enquiry details only to respond to you, to send you the project information you asked for and to follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your separate consent.

Sharing

Enquiries are delivered to our team by a transactional email service acting on our behalf. We share your details with a developer only when you ask us to put you in contact with them. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

WhatsApp

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, in addition to this policy.

Retention

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email leads@proterty.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
